Returns

Every NMRO object is individually produced after an order has been placed. Production begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Before production starts, each object is registered with the First Owner Initials provided by the customer. These initials become a permanent part of the object through embroidery and are permanently recorded within the NMRO Archive.

Because every object is individually manufactured and permanently personalized for its first owner, it cannot be reassigned, resold, or reproduced for another customer.

For this reason, NMRO does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for made-to-order objects once production has begun.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once production begins, the object enters the manufacturing process and its registration within the NMRO Archive becomes permanent. From this point onwards, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please include:

Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, NMRO will repair, replace, or refund the object in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Manufacturing Variations

Every NMRO object is individually manufactured.

Minor variations in fabric texture, stitching, embroidery placement, finishing, or measurements may occur as part of the production process and are not considered defects.

These characteristics are inherent to made-to-order manufacturing and contribute to the uniqueness of each registered object.
