Every NMRO object is individually produced before it is shipped.

Once production has been completed and the object has successfully passed its final quality inspection, it is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information where available, once your order has been dispatched.

Production Times

Production begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated production times are:

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on production capacity, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected.

Estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed.

NMRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the destination country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
