Denim outerwear developed as a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic jacket archetype. The study focuses on deconstruction through material contrast and structural adjustment. Japanese 100% cotton denim is combined with Glen plaid front patches, introducing a shift between utilitarian and tailored references. Red cotton rib elements at collar and cuffs soften the rigidity of the denim, improving wearability while maintaining structure. Reinforced metal rivets are applied at pocket flaps, emphasizing durability and functional intent. The piece operates between tradition and modification, preserving the original typology while redefining its behavior and visual balance.
