STUDIO 04 is part of NMRO's ongoing research into permanent garments.

Rather than producing seasonal collections, NMRO develops a continuous body of work focused on proportion, material behaviour and everyday use. Each piece exists because it contributes to that investigation.

This wide-leg trouser has been developed around the balance between volume, structure and everyday functionality. Constructed from 100% cotton denim, its relaxed silhouette is defined by front pleats, a structured waistband and generous proportions designed to remain relevant beyond seasonal trends.

The construction is deliberately reduced to essential elements. Large rounded patch pockets at the back and considered detailing provide functionality without unnecessary ornament.

Its value does not lie in novelty, but in permanence. The objective is not to encourage accumulation, but to reduce clothing to fewer, better considered pieces that remain useful over time.

The denim is designed to develop character through wear, allowing the garment to acquire its own appearance and patina over time.

Fit

Designed with a relaxed, wide-leg silhouette. The trousers sit naturally at the waist and fall with a generous volume through the leg.

Care

Machine wash cold (30°C).
Wash inside out with similar colours.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron at low temperature.
Wash separately or with similar dark colours during the first washes.
